Return & Refund Policy

Confirmation and Cancellation Terms:

1. All the materials are packed in quality waterproof cartons with special care.
2. After your order has been confirmed on completion of payment, we will dispatch your products to the parcel services within 24-72 hours.
3. We will constantly monitor each order to ensure it reaches you quickly.
4. We are not responsible for any address or phone number mistake at your end. We try to deliver your parcel with two attempts, and if you are not reachable in both attempts, the parcel will be sent back to us.
5. Management will have all the rights to cancel the order in case of any unforeseen events. In this case, the Payment will be refunded within 15 working days
6. Order amendments are not allowed once payment has been made.
7. Order Cancellations by customers are not allowed.

Claim Terms:

Customer to verify & ensure invoice matches with order details & that parcel is received in good condition at the time of delivery post which no returns or claims will be entertained under any circumstances.

In case of any items found to be missing or damaged at the time of delivery, same will be either replaced within next 3-4 days or proportional amount refunded back within 15 days.

We reserve the right to dispatch substitute products when original ordered items are not available due to unavoidable circumstances.
